Doula Support
Pregnancy, labour, birth and the early days of parenthood can be very overwhelming. As a Birth Doula I offer emotional, informational and physical support for mothers and their birthing partner.
My Birth Doula services include two prenatal visits, support through labour, birth as well as early postpartum, breastfeeding support, one postnatal home visit and an additional 6 weeks of virtual support.
As a Postpartum Doula I offer support in newborn care, breast and/or bottle feeding, recovery and healing for the mother, helping parents and siblings transition into their new role and so much more.
I am available as a day or night doula.

I offer one FREE meet and greet to discuss your wants and expectations.
BIRTH DOULA SUPPORT
$1000
Includes two prenatal visits, assistance with labouring at home and/or hospital, support during birth, breastfeeding and postpartum.
One postpartum home visit as well as six weeks virtual support over phone, text and email.
VIRTUAL BIRTH SUPPORT
$600
Includes two prenatal visits either in home or virtual, virtual assistance with labouring at home and/or hospital, verbal and informational support during birth, breastfeeding and postpartum.
One postpartum home or virtual visit as well as six weeks virtual support over phone, text and email.
POSTPARTUM DOULA SUPPORT
DAY DOULA
$30/hr (minimum 2 hours per visit)
or
10 hours of in-home support for $250 (minimum 2 hours per visit)
NIGHT DOULA
10 hours of night support for $300 (per visit)
or
FOUR 10 hour night visits for $1000
(recommended one visit a week for 4 weeks)

PRENATAL BREASTFEEDING CLASSES
Classes through Sunshine Coast Community Services are free for all mamas and their partners.
Next class is February 2022 (dates TBD) at Gibsons Community Centre.

BREASTFEEDING COUNSELLING
$60/hr
Includes a free 30 minute phone consultation for new clients, an in home visit and 2 weeks of follow up
support over the phone, text and email.
Preparing Your Birth Plan
$100
Includes one 2-hour visit to discuss your birth preferences and educate you on your options.
This visit can be either in person or virtual.
