As a Doula, my goal is to give you and your family the attention and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your pregnancy, labour, and birth.
At this time I am unfortunately unavailable to offer in person labour and birth support as I am on maternity leave. I am however taking clients with September on due dates.

Birth & Postpartum Doula
I offer one FREE meet and greet to discuss your wants and expectations for doula support.
BIRTH SUPPORT
$1200
Includes two prenatal in home visits, monthly phone calls, informational, emotional, and physical support during labour and delivery either at home and/or hospital, as well as breastfeeding and postpartum.
One postpartum home visit and six weeks virtual support over phone, text and/or email.
POSTPARTUM DOULA SUPPORT
DAY DOULA
$30/hr (minimum 2 hours per visit)
or
10 hours of in-home support for $250 (minimum 2 hours per visit)
NIGHT DOULA
NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
10 hours of night support for $300 (per visit)
or
FOUR 10 hour night visits for $1000
(recommended one visit a week for 4 weeks)

PRENATAL BREASTFEEDING CLASSES
Classes through Sunshine Coast Community Services are free for all mamas and their partners.
Next class is May 6th & 13th 2023 at Gibsons Community Centre.

I offer private classes in the comfort of your home which include two 2-hour sessions for $150.
Birth partners welcome.

BREASTFEEDING COUNSELLING
$60 per visit
Includes 2 weeks of follow up support over the phone, text and email.
Preparing Your Birth Plan
$100
Includes one 2-hour visit to discuss your birth preferences and educate you on your options.
This visit can be either in person or virtual.
